2013 Casto Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon. Quite similar to our 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon with another excellent growing season. This release holds an intense ripeness of black cherry, layers of vanilla with small hints of clove, and cedar. Very soft tannins, and a long lingering finish.

Our newest Estate Zinfandel may be one of our best to date! An ideal vintage. 2012 provided Casto Oaks Zinfandel with fruit and tannic balance you could not script. Earthy tones, with ripe cherry flavors, hints of licorice, and a touch of spice. Very soft mid pallet tannins make this Zin very smooth and easy drinking.

Casto Oaks is proud to release a brand new blend which we like to call "Man's Best Blend" This label has been inspired by Casto Oaks founder Harold Casto, and his best friend Tilly.
Harold, and Tilly routinely spend their evenings driving through the vineyard monitoring the vines to determine what the next step will be to ensure the highest quality, and maturity for our wines.
This label encapsulates Harold and Tilly's daily routine and passion for Casto Oak's wine.
Incredibly fruit forward, with traces of Cocoa and Hazelnut on the nose and a deep Raspberry flavor. Deep color, and body with a smooth long finish.
